Yes. Built Media regularly shoots in sensitive environments and follows each facility's rules on access, escorts, badging, and personal devices. Before the shoot, we confirm what can and can't be filmed with your security or public affairs team.

Do you need a security clearance to work with us?

We don't currently hold a clearance. In controlled spaces we work under escort and follow your facility's visitor and badging procedures, so your security team stays in control of access.

How do you keep sensitive information out of the frame?

We agree on no-film zones in advance and check every shot for screens, whiteboards, badges, documents, and hardware before capture. Nothing is released until your team has reviewed and approved it.

Can you film around export-controlled or ITAR-restricted hardware?

Yes. We have worked under ITAR restrictions and follow your export-control and security guidance. Sensitive hardware and angles are pre-cleared with your team, and final release decisions stay with you.

How is footage stored and delivered?

All footage is stored on encrypted drives and delivered through secure, private links. On request, we delete all raw media once the project is delivered.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA or provide our own before any project begins.

Will you share our project on your portfolio or social media?

Only with your written approval. Many projects in this sector are never shown publicly, and that's built into how we work.
